For those of you who haven’t heard, we are opening a brand new camp this summer called WinShape Camps for Girls at Cohutta Springs.
This camping experience will be a one-week opportunity for girls who have completed grades 9-12 to experience authentic community, leadership development and spiritual formation in a beautiful, lakefront setting. The launch of this camp is one of our most exciting new adventures yet; if you are not already signed up, we have to ask the question, “what are you waiting for?!
Our team has spent the better part of the last fourteen months dreaming, designing and planning everything that this camping program will entail. It is always fun for us to meet the challenge of creating something brand new. When the creative minds on our team get together, we are often asking the question, “how can we do this differently than we have done it before?” Asking ourselves this question has been the launching pad for so many of the creative elements you experience at our different camp locations today.
The planning process for WinShape Camps for Girls at Cohutta Springs was no different. In fact, designing our focused worship element at Cohutta Springs was especially no different.
So today I am going to let you in on a little big secret. Are you ready?!? For the first time in WinShape Camps history, we are hosting Guest Speakers for each full week of camp. These wonderful ladies will be joining us for the entire week and will be bringing the message at our evening worship gatherings. How incredible is that?! We believe these worship moments will be extremely impactful for us all as we learn from women who specialize in teaching girls like us. We are confident that the Lord is going to use these women to encourage us to go deeper, learn more and challenge ourselves further.
So, without further ado, I would like to introduce you to our Guest Speakers for Summer 2016. Drum roll please . . .
